lots of exercise
this is a bit nuts.. the breakdown of todays calorie intake is
Breakfast: 199 cal
lunch: 430 cal
Dinner: 849 cal :because i had 2 cans of mackerel in tomato sauce, fish is pretty calorific, but its all good fats!
Snack: 81 calories (apple)
But then ive done loads of walking (12.5km) and 33min on the crosstrainer.
so the website is telling me to eat another 647 calories.
apparently ive burned 1006 calories in total from the activities.
but im really not hungry as i had a really yummy dinner, with the mackerel i had chilli couscous and lots of steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
ive read this post that its important to eat up the calories you burn so the body dont go into starvation mode. but then its not just daily but weekly calorie intake and because i had so much food yesterday im just going to keep the numbers low to get the balance back. this is because i ate around 3300 calories yesterday.. who thought a huge steakdinner, starter and baked alaska dessert would be so much :P
